Banana Smoothie Recipe
A super-fast yummy snack for warm weather.
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (or frozen bananas for more coolness and texture)
2 cup milk of choice (low-fat organic, almond, soy, rice etc)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup ice cubes
½ tsp cardamom
½ tsp coriander
