About me:
Michelle spent 15 years in the corporate world specializing in the sales and marketing field where she learned first-hand the challenges of maintaining a healthy balanced life while pursuing a successful professional career. A long-time student of the power of natural healing, Michelle’s approach is to help clients access their own natural healing potential. She believes that education, knowledge and understanding one’s health is the key to empowerment and healthy change. Michelle has co-facilitated healing groups for both men and women and is a certified team leader for the Healthy for Life Program. As well Michelle has her level One Reiki certification and Toastmasters CTM. She is excited to be working towards her Spiritual psychotherapy designation as another avenue to support and help people on their journey to wellness. Michelle enjoys power walking, yoga, tennis, golf and traveling. Today, Michelle brings all these passions and skills to work with the team at Healthygirl as a health and wellness coach and advocate.

Why I became a HealthyGirl Coach:
I am delighted to be a part of the HealthyGirl team. As an entrepreneur I feel that it is important to commit to a healthy balanced lifestyle and that can be very challenging in today’s world. HealthyGirl is a website that is full of knowledge and information to help me stay on track with my health and wellness as I am creating wealth in my life. I am grateful to have the opportunity to contribute to the team and help people create healthy, balanced, successful lives.

My Passions:
Health and Wellness, coaching, time with family and friends, public speaking and walking.

What I focus my coaching on:
My coaching practice focuses on helping people to achieve their wellness goals be it improved energy, losing weight or just wanting to feel better. I achieve this through working with the Healthy for Life program and supplementation.
