A great rule of thumb is to refill your stainless water bottle 3-5 times per day. If you’re active, 3L of water per day is a great goal. Remember that eating a diet rich in fruits and veggies will hydrate your body as well but it’s important to fuel your cells H2O daily for healthy weight, great skin and healthy cells.
