Forgive Someone Today

I was recently listening to a great audio book from Carolyn Myss called ‘Why People Don’t Heal’. She spoke throughout the book on how most people can speak about forgiving but rarely actually do this. This has always been something that I struggle with. I just cannot figure out why anyone would want to store that type of energy in their body all their life? I know a few people who have spent almost their entire lives holding resentment or anger for someone. Do you know someone who has internal turmoil going on because they simply cannot forgive someone? Is there someone in your life that you struggle to forgive.

Not only does your body store this energy but a person who does not forgive will have the very cells in their body impacted. The energy of holding on to resentment and anger is stored in our body. To be a light and radiant as possible, it is important that we practice this art of forgiveness. Carolyn discusses in her book that their are two barriers that get in the way when it comes to our ability to forgive: 1)Ego and 2)Pride. She also talks about the biological impacts on your body of not truly forgiving someone and discusses that someone who cannot forgive will have a much longer and more difficult process when it comes to manifesting and creative visualization. She discusses that once we forgive, our ability to create and manifest what we want in our life drastically improves and the process speeds up significantly.

What this means to you and I?
Well. If you really want something in your life and you don’t yet have it, there are obviously several actions steps to manifesting it but one of the steps is surely to ensure you’re not holding on to any heavy and negative energy in your body. Is there someone you must forgive today?
