The energy we take from our body depends upon the diet we are taking. There is a proverb saying “health is wealth” so to follow this proverb natural diet like green vegetables, green tea are includes healthy diets,if non veg then meat(of pork, beef etc)and Exercise is the best medicine for preventing illness and prolonging active life.Healthy eating begins with learning how to “eat smart”. It’s not just what you eat, but how you eat. Paying attention to what you eat and choosing foods that are both nourishing and enjoyable helps support an overall healthy diet.Since water is such an important component to our physiology, it would make sense that the quality of the water should be just as important as the quantity. Drinking water should always be clean and free of contaminants to ensure proper health and wellness.
Awesome list, although I cant figure out how eating your main meal at lunch time helps but Ill give it a shot!
Wow, this should be front page. Most people haven’t a clue about the do’s and don’ts of eating and this list sets you up straight. The part about “be bad once in a while” means you can eat whatever you want but only do it like once every week or two (I do it about once a week).
I found your blog on google and read a few of your other posts. I just added you to my Google News Reader. Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more from you in the future.

Of course! Eating raw is a great way to increase your energy and your overall health. Some tips on the best way to eat raw foods are:
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to help your body detoxify your system
- In saying that, incorporate a wide variety of fruits and veggies – think RAINBOW to get the most out of all these foods have to offer!
- Avoid any processed foods
- Eat beans and legumes more often
Once you start adding more of these types of foods into your cooking, it becomes easier and a lot of fun to find new ways to cook with them! (Try adding a different vegetable at least twice a week to your dinners). Instead of reaching for sugary processed cookies or cakes for dessert, try a piece of fruit with some cinnamon instead to satisfy your sweet tooth!
