		<description>Of course! Eating raw is a great way to increase your energy and your overall health. Some tips on the best way to eat raw foods are:
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to help your body detoxify your system
- In saying that, incorporate a wide variety of fruits and veggies - think RAINBOW to get the most out of all these foods have to offer!
- Avoid any processed foods
- Eat beans and legumes more often

Once you start adding more of these types of foods into your cooking, it becomes easier and a lot of fun to find new ways to cook with them! (Try adding a different vegetable at least twice a week to your dinners).  Instead of reaching for sugary processed cookies or cakes for dessert, try a piece of fruit with some cinnamon instead to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Any advice on raw foods and the best way to eat them would be very valuable !
